Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to paid subscriptions and one-off purchases for TravelMindsAI products and services (the "Services"). It is designed to be transparent and easy to act on. If anything here is unclear, write to us at billing@travelmindsai.com and we will help.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

All paid subscription plans (Starter and Growth) include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid invoice on a new subscription. If TravelMindsAI does not meet your needs within those 30 days, request a refund and we will return the amount you paid for that initial billing period in full.

You can also contact our payment processor Paddle directly through their buyer support portal. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and is authorised to handle refunds on our behalf.

3. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever the payment network supports it (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). If a refund to the original method is not possible, we will work with you on an alternate method of equal value.

Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction. Currency conversion losses, if any, are not reimbursed because they are determined by your card issuer or bank, not by us.

4. After the 30-day window

Subscription fees paid after the first 30 days are generally non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. You retain access to the Services through the end of the period you have already paid for.

If TravelMindsAI experiences an extended outage that we acknowledge in writing, eligible customers are entitled to a pro-rated service credit on the next invoice or, at the customer's choice, a pro-rated refund. The credit or refund will be calculated based on the duration of the outage as a fraction of the billing period.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved within one business day. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of the related account while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are unsupported by the facts of the transaction.

8. Free plan

Our Free plan does not involve a payment and therefore is not subject to refunds.
